This place is very popular among locals who come here on weekends to enjoy the cleanliness of the local beaches and take a break from the noisy life of the metropolis. There is a clear sea, many restaurants and cafes, and all kinds of water activities. The well-developed tourist infrastructure and nature of this region have long become a resort center.

A resort
city within a city
The project includes a hotel and shopping and entertainment complex. All apartments have excellent views. A SPA salon and fitness club are located on the ground level. Commercial areas are located on the ground floor. The complex also includes restaurants, cafes and its own conference room for events.
This area is rapidly developing due to domestic tourism. There is a need to increase the hotel stock in the region. We were given the task of designing a separate, self-sufficient hotel complex, with a characteristic and recognizable appearance. Unusual and at the same time easy to implement solutions should convey a modern approach to planning and organizing space.
