We have developed a modern, functional concept for the lobby with an open space that combines a reception area, a stylish café for guests and visitors, as well as a multifunctional conference room for events, meetings and presentations. All adjacent premises - technical, service and auxiliary - are thought out down to the smallest detail for convenient logistics, staff comfort and impeccable service.

One hall accommodates
dozens of event formats
The interior is made in light natural tones using wood, stone and textiles, which creates an atmosphere of warmth and space. The cafe opens onto a terrace overlooking the lake, and the conference room is equipped with modern multimedia systems and mobile partitions, which allows you to transform the space for different event formats. The spatial solution provides a logical flow of visitors and clear zoning, while leaving a feeling of openness and lightness.
We have created a modern space for commercial and ceremonial events - for conferences, presentations, weddings, art events and private meetings. The space is easily transformed for different scenarios, providing comfort, aesthetics and technical readiness for events of any scale. The harmonious combination of architecture, light and acoustics makes this hall a universal venue, emphasizing the status and style of each event.
